Client Focus: Our client was a software company specializing in solutions for the gaming and online casino industry, a perfect fit for the IGB Live 2023 exhibition’s primary themes.
Design Challenge: The task at hand was to create a booth that not only captured attention but also seamlessly integrated the client’s brand elements and provided functional spaces for high-level negotiations.
Innovative Technological Marvel
Synchronized Screens: In the heart of SoftSwiss’s space, imagine a compact 130-square-meter area bursting at the seams with a whopping 140 square meters of mesmerizing video displays. It took 2.5 days for a team of multimedia experts and installers to set up this masterpiece.
Architectural Ingenuity
Structural Excellence: The core structure featured six towering pylons and an innovative suspended design, all adorned with flexible screens. This dynamic setup allowed for the presentation of captivating content that resonated with attendees.

Despite its compact size, SoftSwiss emerged as the largest and
most attention-grabbing booth at the IGB Live 2023 exhibition.
Each screen wasn’t merely a display but a gateway, guiding attendees

Seamless Brand Integration
Recognizable Brand Elements: Our primary goal was to deliver a “wow-effect” by seamlessly integrating recognizable elements of the client’s brand. Notably, the suspended structure featured two diamond shapes symbolizing a company logo—a brilliant representation of the client’s brand identity.
Ergonomic and Functional Design
Optimized Workspaces: Recognizing the importance of functionality, we strategically designed six distinct work zones, each tailored to showcase one of the client’s products. This ensured that attendees could interact with the company’s offerings effectively.
Confidential High-Level Meetings
Dedicated Meeting Space: To facilitate high-level negotiations, we incorporated a closed meeting room equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort and confidentiality for crucial discussions.
Comfort and Hospitality
Creating a comfortable atmosphere where visitors can relax and savor the moment is equally vital. With this understanding, our exhibition booth featured an exclusive cocktail bar counter and a reception area, both designed to provide the highest standards of service and comfort.
Comfortable bar stools, stylish lighting, and professional bartenders combined to provide an ambiance of luxury and ease, allowing visitors a brief respite from the bustling energy of the exhibition.
